Vestry Laight to Work with Washington Football Team

Vestry Laight has been retained by the Washington Football Team to advance its commitment to make the organization into a leader in diversity and inclusion for professional sports franchises. Team owners Dan and Tanya Snyder stated, “We have asked Vestry Laight to review and assess the efforts already underway within the organization and make any further recommendations to allow the Team to go above and beyond for its employees, players, community and fans.” Brande Stellings, a Principal of Vestry Laight, who will lead the engagement, said “We look forward to working with the Washington Football Team to continue to build a culture of inclusion and respect.  Vestry Laight will provide a strategic focus to help the organization achieve its goal of setting the highest standard for equity in sports.”
